Kai Art Centre pre-opening

Tea ceremony with local wild plants

Metsik Toit hosted a memorable ivan chai (fermented willowherb) tasting at the pre-opening of the Kai Art Centre. We created a tea blend for the event built around the deep flavour of fermented willowherb, complemented by sweet, sour and bitter notes — meadowsweet, wild raspberry leaves, rowan berries and wormwood. The blend was also packaged in tea packets designed by us, gifted to the artists and organisers present at the opening exhibition.

Let's collaborate

We create edible experiences, installations and products together with artists, restaurants, brands and organisations. If you have an idea or project where wild food and fermentation could fit, get in touch.
